I lived at Stonegate for a little over a year and "Unbias" has obviously exagerated. He contradicts himself. I saw plenty of kids at the playgrounds while I was there, and kids were always riding bikes and/or scooters in the parking lots, I actually complained to management about that due to the kids having no regards to peoples cars and my motorcycle, and a notice was sent out the next day to the entire property about kids needing to play at the playgrounds. Yes, I agree that Tonya is great, but the whole staff is very helpful. Parking could be better. If you keep your apartment clean then you shouldn't get roaches, I never had that problem. I had a problem with spiders, and they had the exterminator come out. If you had a problem did you report it' Mgmnt. always seemed to be on top of things to me and my room mates. Rent seemed pretty resonable for the area, and if I wouldn't have bought a house, my rent would have only increased $10.00 for another year, that doesn't sound bad to me. It's also pretty obvious that some one has something against the manager from prior Reviews, funny that all of my neighbors and friends in the neighborhood never had a problem with her or her staff, I guess she just pissed the wrong person off, since it's very obvious that the 5-7 reviews at the beginning of April all came from the same "Annonymous" person.(Afraid to put your name). Oh well, Stonegate was nice to me and my friends that were and are still there, we would recommend them to anyone that we know is looking for a nice place to live.
