I have lived in this complex since July 2003 and have not had any problems. I have never really had a reason to deal with the staff here so I can not go into details about the quality but I can say that they were professional with me when I came to talk to them about the place and getting my lease ready. I have not noticed too many children playing in the roadway. Of course anywhere you go there is going to be kids playing and they will never listen to adults. We should all know that!...... I?m not too happy with the lighting in the stair ways but I have not mentioned it yet to the staff. I think like most people I deal with it and wait for someone else to say something about it. The parking is adequate, I?ve never really had a problem. With maintenance, anytime I did need work to be done with my apt. maintenance got it completed in a reasonable manner and time. Overall: I think this is a nice neighborhood and a safe place to live. I think that everyone should take into consideration that this is far from being beverly hills but is better than most apartment complexes!
