This tax credit apartment community has several ammeneties including a fenced in pool, a small but useful fitness room, a clubhouse that can be rented out for parties and 3 tot lots. Washers and dryers and a private balcony are included in each apartment. There are 2 and 3 bedroom units. There are no elvators, so moving into the third floor was a nightmare. I would strongly recommend hiring movers. As with most apartments there is inadequate running and playing room for children outside and, although it is not permitted, they are often playing in the parking lots. The front door and balcony door does not seal well on many units including my own. There are many young people living here and therefore the noise level can get high at times which sometimes includes thumping car stereos. The mailboxes are in one group i a covered structure. They can be accessed with a key. There is no outgoing mail slot. There are two post offices within 2 miles but still it is inconvenient to not have outgoing mail service. The apartments are clean and the fixtures all work. I would recommend Stonegate to young married or single people without children.
