Stonegate Apartmetns is one of the newer communities in this area and they are very nice. They sure beat the 3 problemed neighborhoods that are near by. Parking can be hard to come by on weekend nights, but thats pretty much anywhere you go around this area. Moving in was easy since I chose to be on the first floor. The office staff was great about fitting my needs and making sure I was happy. This is a nice neighborhood for military, since it is only about 5 minutes from Quantico. Quiet for the most part, like everywhere there are a few people that have a party every now and then, but all my neighbors are great. They also have some State Police officers thatlive here which I think make the security alot better. I also like the fact that they have just started allowing pets in certain buildings, mine is one, thankfully. Everyone in the office is really sweet and they seem to be on top of things. I've only had one request of maintenance and that was addressed the same day, I really liked that. I would recommend anyone to come live here. They also give out nice resident referral bonuses. I have received quite a bit already. It's great give it a try if you are going to be in the Stafford area.
