just a warning. don't think you're going to get away with lying about ANYTHING. to include pet residents. they will find out. they use a little tool known as the maintenance man to do the watching. and trust me, he's scaarryyy (the guy with the moustache). he yells at anyone near a cigarette butt assuming it is theirs. he threatened our entire building they'd be paying $25 fees if he found anymore. if i remember correctly, i never complained when people left their tables a little messy in my waitressing days. he yells at people as to where they are allowed to walk their dogs (even if the people are carrying baggies to clean up after them). this man takes pride in his grounds. too much. get off your power horse. aside from that the rent is pretty nice, i'd have to give them that much.
there was a month where i'd come home from work every night and i'd find dead fish laying on the bottom of the steps of my building. the neighborhood gang of stray cats were usually licking them as i walked past. along with the dead fish our building is actually lopsided, so when you stand at the bottom of the steps and look straight ahead, you notice that the building isn't quite parallel. so that's why i can't get my mattress right!... the neighborhood is awkward. i can't really find any other words to describe the experience.
the ladies who work at the office are actually very nice and cooperative. if it weren't for them i probably would've sucked up the termination fee and cut the lease.
so maybe if they just wrote up the maintenance man (or fired him) (or stuck a cigarette in his eye) (or drowned him in that sparkling pool of his) (or ran over him with that golf cart he drives around) (or shaved his moustache off) (or put one of those dead fish in his drawers) then, well... that'd atleast take care of the maintenance man.

Yeah, this maintenance guy you speak of tries to talk to my 11 year old daughter and it really frightens me. I don't want to let her out of the hoouse anymore
