we have lived at stonegate for almost 3 years and i would never say a bad word about it. we have lived in many places throughout virginia and i would have to say i like stonegate the best. it is fairly secluded so not many people know about where it is and everyone minds their own business. Since i have been there i have seen no crime (and this is coming from a female who walks behind the buildings with my dog in the middle of the night). I would never do that anywhere else but I have never had any reason to be concerned. you see the occasional group of kids outside playing football or whatever out in the parking lot but they move out of the way if they see a car coming.

as far as the office bothering you... they only bother you when they need too. if you have done nothing wrong, you dont hear a word out of them. if you have a problem with something in your apartment... they are fairly quick to respond. we have had a few things happen (such as our air conditioner went out last summer) and it only took a couple days to get the part in but they give us window units while we waited (and they came in and installed them for us).

i have given many recomendations to stonegate and have never had anyone tell me they didnt like it.
