my husband and i moved in a few months ago. our apartment faces the wooded area, so of course we get spiders and other bugs on our porch; nothing that can't be killed with some bug spray. there's more than enough room for us and our dog. the complex is pretty quiet... the only time i ever hear noise is on a friday or saturday night. even then it's kept to a minimum. ive never had to park too far away from my building, but the lots do tend to fill up around 5 when everyone comes home from work. the office staff is awesome... they are always friendly and nice everytime i go in. maintenance is fast and i havent had any problems with the work they've done. we will be renewing our lease next year.
