If you dont mind alot of bugs in and around your apartment then this is an ok place for you. We had problems with small roaches, over grown wasps, huge flys, creepy crawlies, and huge, gross, posionous spiders.

When you go to put your 5 month old in his crib and when you pull back the covers find a nasty brown recluse spider, its a bit nerve wrecking.
