We informed the manager of our plan to vacate the apartment because we had a problem with bugs, big spiders, little flies, ants, small roaches, grown wasps, creepy crawlies, and bee hives on our patio. The next day, the manager issued a letter or vacating notice and informed us of the late fee in rent in the amount of $10 plus a late fee of $50 and threatened us that if not paid within five days, they will proceed to recover possession of the premises by legal action. The truth of the matter is, they're nothing but a crooks. They need to fix the real problem, the apartments are full of bugs. Find better place to spend $1110 a month than this rat hole.
