Excellent Winter home for a few months while waiting for the purchase of a new home. The staff even recommended the excellent realtor that we worked with! (Quite successfully, I might add!).

We had a professional, friendly and personal welcome to the Villages. The complex felt almost like home...clean and safe. Our small children loved it..and the beautiful snow covered hills. The sidewalks and streets were cleared of snow and ice quickly. Sounds like we were lucky...being there during the Winter months and living on the 3rd floor...no nasty bugs.

Monthly resident newsletters kept everyone informed of regulations, changes and events. The staff encouraged a friendly, positive and relaxed living environment. They allowed us the use of their office for faxing and copying. The Manager was even a Notory Public.

I have never experienced a better apartment
living experience...and I could tell stories. :-( The rent was extremely reasonable. We were able to take advantage of a special offer and have a short term lease while NOT paying extra! (Most apartment complexes in Fairfax charge $150 to $300 per month above the monthly rent). Pets are welcome and so are their responsible care-givers.

The staff are the best part of the Villages. Each staff member was efficient and ethical, courteous and helpful. They gave respect to the residents and were in turn well-respected.

Over-all, our experiences living at the Villages were very positive. I would recommend the Villages of Aquia to everyone...especially to the Active Duty Military, to their families and to working professionals who need quick access to the I-95 route to work.

Each day really was "a beautiful day at the Villages".
