These apartments are not well taken care of. The leasing staff does not have the units professionally cleaned between residents and when I moved in the apartment was very dirty. Two major appliances didn't work in my apartment; there is hair painted onto the bathroom walls and in various places around the apartment; the quality of the fixtures is poor. The carpet is in bad condition and of poor quality. The washer and dryer are stackable and do not work well. The only good thing about these apartments is that they are fairly spacious, although there is almost no closet or storage space except for on the patio. The doors are SO cheap and the furnace closet doors are slatted and haven't been cleaned in years. The dust and dirt between the slats had hardened so much I had to soak it in cleaner and scrub it out with toothbrushes.

I cannot imagine why anyone would ever buy one of these units. I made a huge mistake in not inspecting the apartment before signing the lease. The staff is young and inexperienced and you can't expect them to take any complaints or requests seriously. They ignore you hoping you will just give up. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. The apartments are noisy - I can always hear someone's television, and I have lived in four other apartment complexes and never had that problem before. There is assigned parking but you only get one space per unit. If you are looking on the internet, that is not the best way to find apartments in this area.

There are many nice, affordable townhouse and apartment communities that are not advertised online. I would urge anyone who is looking to rent in the area to forgo the internet apartment search and do your apartment hunting in person. I wish very strongly that I had.

Although there are some good reviews for this complex, there has been a change in management since some of them were written.
