The leasing staff are morons. I could hire high school kids who are more professional and competent. The maintenance staff is wonderful, but overworked. Since the apartments were bought out by Aquia Ducks LLC, it has been downhill. My air conditioning went out today and the emergency maintenance number doesn't work..... The so called childrens play set is dangerous. The staff will argue the point, but it is leaning way too far to be anywhere near safe. When a playset starts to lean that far, it's time to replace.
Look at the good reviews, a lot of them have the same misspelled words. The are from the leasing staff.
