Nice Place to Live

We experienced very few problems while living at Villages of Aquia. We had one of the units with an upgraded kitchen, which was wonderful. There wasn't a source of ventilation in the kitchen though, which caused some smoke alarm annoyances. The neighbors often liked to play loud music and someone had a drum set too, but they mostly kept it within polite hours. The pet deposit was minimal, especially compared to Aquia Terrace's outrageous charges (we had originally looked into moving there). The units were clean and we never had a problem with any bugs at all. Niki was always nice and helpful, and the units were about a mile away from Garrisonville Road, which was convenient. I didn't have much experience with the maintenance personnel because I didn't really have to call them in the six months we lived there. Overall, my husband and I enjoyed living there, and we would recommend VoA to a friend.
