The living area isn't so bad, it's the staff they can't seem to get their head out of their ass long enough to get anything done. The maintance guys are breaking more stuff then they fix. One of the guys left a nasty toilet snake in my house after he used it to un-clog the toilet.

That was a very inaccurate statement. I have never seen better maintenance especially for as low as rent that you pay. I pay 200 bucks more a month now then what I was paying at Vine Place and my maintenance isn't NEAR as great as the maintenance staff at Vine Place.
