TO WHOM IT CONCERNS.I HAVE LIVED AT VINE PLACE FOR ABOUT A YEAR, AND I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT IT IS A VERY WELL KEPT AREA, AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND KIND. EVERY TIME I NEED HELP THEY ARE THERE TO HELP AND ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS. THE MAINTANCE IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AS WELL.THEY ARE THERE THE SAME DAY THAT I NEED THEM. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH MY APARTMENT,AND NEVER NOT HAD IT ADDRESSED. SO I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU TO EVERYBODY THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK,AND DEDICATION TO ALL THE RESIDENTS. I AM GLAD TO CALL THIS MY HOME.

MAINTANCE is all we got here. The office has a new manager every year & office personal bi-monthly & the office personal dont have a clue to what is going on here.
