Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2006

This place has gone to hell in recent months!! Draconian parking rules...cars towed daily (even in broad daylight)!!

Kids wandering the streets everynight! Not the kind of place you'd want to raise young kids.

20 year olds riding in the complex daily with their music blasting or motorcycle engines roaring!!

If you're looking for a nice, quite, hassle-free place...THIS IS NOT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can't stress this enough! DO NOT rent at Vine Place unless loud noise, daily towings and loitering kids don't bother you!

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES IN STAFFORD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
