Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Office staff needs to communicate...all staff need to be on the same page so there are no crossed wires. Tax credit rules apply so staff should know the policies.
The carpets need to be replaced. The floor tiles need to be replaced as well. The apartments need to be remodeled.
These apartments are overpriced and they are substandard. I would never recommend them to anyone.
