Vine Place is good if your looking for a cheap place to live. Other than that Vine Place has turned into the ghetto. Maintainance doesn't know how to fix things properly. They don't come when called except weeks later after the fact. And the Management Office changes so damn much they don't know their -------- from their faces. They are rude and don't have answers to resolving situations they create. The area has gone to hell, people are fighting and loud all hours of the night. Kids are runners for drug dealers. Drug sales are exchanged on the playground all night especailly during the summer.
