I have a long history with Vine Place. I know a lot of the residents, the maintenance staff, and the office staff and management company. Overall, this is a very nice property and has been cleaned up a lot. Every property has its pros and cons. Yes, the floorplans aren't spacious, but Vine Place offers very low rates for the North Stafford area. The apartment homes are a little out of date, but Providence Street was built in 1992 and Edgemere Court in 1995, so I think they've been pretty well maintained.

Occupancy is at an all time low, so unless some extensive marketing is done by the staff and Amurcon Realty, Vine Place will continue to suffer in all areas.

If there's no revenue coming in, no improvements can be made. It's a vicious cycle. So all the residents that are currently unhappy with certain aspects of the property, refer some good friends, tell people at your job about Vine Place if they're looking for a new place! Take some of the price listings that are in the office and put them in your office or place of business! Do what you can to get good people in those apartments to get some revenue generating! If and when Vine Place becomes occupied again, you could get almost anything you ask for from management (within reason), and renovations will soon follow.

Some of you might know who I am. (Ms. Nellie, I know you know!) I just hope something positive happens at Vine Place because the residents deserve it!
