This is without a doubt the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I will not be renewing my lease.
The day we moved in our AC and stove were both broken and it took maintenance 3 days to fix it. We're constantly having trouble with out toilet and all management ever does is send someone over with a snake instead of calling a plumber to permantly fix the problem.
The noise is another issue. There are people outside and in the hallways all ours of the night (usually from 11:00PM to early in the morning) blaring their music and stomping up and down the stairs.
