I hate this place. I've been here a little over two years. This lease I just signed is a six month lease so I can use my tax return for a deposit somewhere else. The apartments are nice enough, but the neighborhood sucks. I've seen tires slashed and windows busted out of cars. People party and blare their music at all hours. These kids run back and forth in the hallway, and their parents do nothing about it. People slam doors, throw cigarette butts, spit everywhere, etc. I've come home twice and there was vomit all over the steps. I've found bologna, clothes, soda cans, beer bottles, drugs in the walkways. For two years we never saw any bugs. Now these ghetto and trailer park trash people have moved in and the pest people keep having to come out because I keep complaining. The leasing office is a joke. You call them to complain about this stuff and they get an attitude. They tell you they can't do anything unless something is in writing, but when you put it in writing, nothing gets done. The cops used to drive through all the time, now we never see them. I guess they just gave up. Kids run into the street in front of your car without ever looking. People stop their cars in the middle of the street with no regards to whether there is someone behind them or not. My son's ceiling has a huge waterspot from the roof leaking. Someone finally came to look at it and got an attitude for not calling while it was raining. Excuse me if I wasn't home. They never did anything about that. Seriously, your money could be spent somewhere better. RUN!
