Military stay away! The staff seems very helpful up till you sign your lease. They then do not care about any problems you have. If you have to get out of your lease early because of orders, you will get burned there as well. You will get stuck paying until the end of your contract.

Be very careful!!!! Very nice townhomes! Quiet and close to the base but management will not be totally up front with you about your responsibilities upon moving out. Just be certain to ask them about what you will be responsible for or you may get stuck with sudden out of pocket expenses.
