The apartment itself is only okay. Management of the community leaves lots of room for improvement. The ammenities are first class they have a newly renovated clubhouse with fitness center and raquet ball courts. on the flip side the maintenance crew seems nonexistant. I have to wait several days for my request to be answered, in 3 years the maintenance team has come to replace the furnace/ac filter only one time. I have been doing it. The snow removal is terrible the streets get poorly plowed and the sidewalks are not cleared until the following day. The rent is far too high for such poor maintenance service. lighting in the breezways is often out and takes a few calls to the office before bulbs are replaced.
