I wouldn't live here again

We were promised that the wood on our deck would be painted when we signed our lease. The deck hasn't been painted and we have lived there nearly one year.
The office staff is snobby and rude. The maintenance people are attentive and friendly and generally handle problems w/in a day or two.
The blizzard was a huge problem. I came out to find some jerk shoveling snow right behind my four-wheel drive vehicle. I said, "Oh, thanks a lot." His response was, "You've got four-wheel drive, you can get out of here." Um, not when the snow is higher than the tires. I later found out that this jackass is the painter at Cascades Overlook.
The outdoor security lights are never fixed within a reasonable time frame.
The pool is too small.
Parking is adequate unless you are looking for a spot after 8pm, in which case you must park on the street (also not lit).
And, it is way too pricey for only including water.
