I have been looking at the other responses and I have to say I have lived here for five years and have rented elsewhere and this is the best apartment complex by far. I was here during the storm and mother nature dumped far more than ever before. You can't expect it all to magically disappear overnight. I saw the maintenance guys working before I left for work and way after I returned home helping my neighbor dig out their car and helping my elderly neighbor scrape and shovel. The maintenance guys are always there for me, they have helped me jump start my car, move a couch, and all my maintenance problems were fixed in a day or two. When I had my house and I had to fix everything myself it took me a week or so if I could do it at all. I also had to remove my own snow and couldn't blame mother nature if I slipped, so you just have to use common sense and walk carefully.

The office staff has always been friendly and not at all snobby. Pamela and Christine are so nice and personable, so are Alex and Lisa the newest in the office. I really feel like most landlords are sharks and I don't feel that way here, like they actually care about what I think and want. Alot of my neighbors have been here for years and years and they all feel the same way I do. Sometimes people just like to complain and don't know how good they have it. It is easier to speak directly to the office when I have an issue so it can be rectified. If I have a problem with my apartment it doesn't help me if I tell Apt Ratings.


Oh yeah, I have always found a parking space no matter what time I get home.
