Major complaint is the apartments for the price are run down and most certainly not worth it. I can hear my neighbor upstairs while he is doing his thing in the bathroom, I can even hear normal conversations!! The management is God awful, except for Christine. Pamela is a terrible manager, no wonder everyone is moving out. She threatens with Attorneys for issues that are clearly spelled out in the lease to the benefit of the tenant not management. I could sue if I wished to. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. We pay very high rent for dumps. The garbage areas are poorly maintained and smell to high heaven and are rarely compacted. The place is awful, please, please do not move there, live in your car instead, much better accomodations and way nicer personality.
