We moved from Denver, CO and knew nothing about Virginia! When we came in here to tour EVERBODY was so nice! Christine, Pamela, and Lisa answered all of our questions and made us feel VERY welcome. We were only here for 3 days so they all helped us get approved by fax and phone. When we finally arrived Pamela was the one who signed our lease with us and she was wonderful! Very friendly! She took us to go over the apartment together and when I walked into the apartment I almost starting crying Everything looked great. It was absolutly amazing! I love my apartment and to this day everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly!
