Hello, I've been reading some of the negative reviews and I completely disagree. This place is very nice and has brand new facilities. I've never experienced any problems with management. However, I cannot comment on the maintenance staff because I've never had to call them!!! I have all new appliances and have never had any problems. The gym, racquetball and tennis courts, and pool are always available which is a plus! About the noise, I have never had a problem. However, when new tenants were moving in upstairs I did hear banging (but that's to be expected). Overall the place is very convenient with lots of shopping and only about 30 minutes from Washington D.C. When reading the reviews, remember some people will complain about anything...everyone knows the price of rent before moving in...if you can't handle it...don't live here.
