Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I lived here from 2000-2004 and it was great until the head maintenance guy left and the office person that gave you answers to your questions and followed through on stuff left. It is always a zoo in there, the asst and property managers seem overworked and work too hard to be really resident focused.

The old head maintenance guy ran everything smooth and the new guy talks alot and rides around in the golf cart, but that is about it.
