I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT THIS APARTMENT. When we moved into our apartment at the end of October, our fireplace didn't work; our bathroom sink and bathtub drains were both clogged; our washer/dryer broke while I was doing my third load of laundry, which left smelly stagnant water in our washer for almost three days because they didn't come out to fix the problem right away; we had water damage in the cabinet below our sink; our bathroom mirror was taped to the wall; and to top it all off the toilet was leaking from the base, so we had a big yellow puddle that accumulated next to the toilet after the first day. Also, when we looked at the apartment in September, some equipment in the fitness room was broken. Three months later, it's still broken and four other machines are now not functioning. The car vacuum has been broken for about a month and now the trash compactor is broken, leaving a huge pile of smelly garbage which keeps growing. The office is very rude, especially the manager. After several days we finally got our washer/dryer (at least they let us use the washer/dryer in the model apt.) they left our broken one sitting right outside of our door for over a week. My boyfriend and I went to the office a couple of times to ask if and when they were planning on removing it. The manager had no idea why it was still there and when she asked the head maintenance guy about it, he said "it's been raining outside." He said this after a beautifully warm and sunny week with one day of a little rain. We have yet to have our toilet fixed. A maintenance guy did stop by a few days ago, just opened the door of the apartment, and said he was there for inspection because we were moving out. I told him we just moved in and he asked if I was sure that we weren't moving out. The amount of money for an apartment in this complex is definitely NOT worth it.
