STAFF NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

AT FIRST GLANCE APARTMENT IS BEAUTIFUL, GROUNDS KEPT UP BEAUTIFUL POOL....THEN WE MOVED IN! UPON INTITAL WALK THROUGH SEVERAL ITEMS THAT WERE BROKEN (CABINET,SHOWER SOAP DISH, ETC...) WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED. NOT A BIG DEAL MOVED IN ANYWAY JUST LISTED THESE THINGS ON MOVE IN SHEET AS BROKEN. AFTER 2 MONTHS HOTWATER HEATER SCHEUDLED TO BE REPLACED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS MADE AND RE MADE NO SHOW! A/C NOT WORKING PROPERLY SEVERAL CALLS MADE NEVER A RESPONSE. MOLD GROWING IN CLOSET FROM A/C LEAKING OBVIOUSLY NOT WORKING PROPERLY. NOT TO MENTION THE WINDOWS ARE NOT WELL INSULATED AND THE PORCH IS ABOUT TO FALL OFF. ALL I HAVE TO SAY AT THIS POINT IS YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ABOUT RESIGNING THE LEASE...THANK GOD WE TOOK A 6 MONTH OPTION. BY THE WAY IS THE STAFF EVER GOING TO CALL THE TOW TRUCK FOR THE CAR THAT HAS BEEN PARKED IN THE FIRELANE THE LAST 2 MONTHS' OR IS LUNCH MORE IMPORTANT' I AGREE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE IS IMPORTANT UNLESS THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART... PRIORITIES PLEASE
