The representatives in the office will let 3 people sign apply for one apartment. Mind the $75 non-refundable fee, because you're not guaranteed the apartment! Four times, an apartment was taken away from us because someone was "pre-approved." BEWARE!

Did you pay the reservation fee. I got the apartment I wanted right away because I put my money down.
