On move in day we showed up with the moving van and the Property Manager said she was sorry but she had just looked at the apartment and it was not up to her standards. That we could move in but they would need to replace the kitchen. She said she could start the work in a few days and have it done in 3 days. 3 WEEKS LATER WE WERE STILL LIVING IN AN APARTMENT THAT DID NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONING KITCHEN.

After they finished we made a list of problems; holes in the screens, shelfing coming off the wall, very poor air flow in one bedroom while the air blasted into the other bedroom, ants, burnt out lights throughout the complex.

The apartments are very nice but the staff is incompetent.

I had to have my counter replaced when I moved in. I agree that it took a little while (two weeks), but the office did it on their own initiative and free of charge.
