The walls are paper thin - you hear the neighbors above you, below you and beside you. The maintenance "crew" is a joke - two teenagers on a golf cart. The trash compactor is non-functional all the time - trash lays around for days, and ends up in a pile over 6 feet tall! (the maintenance crew does not work on weekends, even though they all live there). The office staff is very polite, but don't do anything except collect your rent. If you have a complaint, you might as well go to confession, because God will help you more than the managers will. The grounds are nice, except for the trash laying all over (that the grounds crew just mows over and chops up). There is ample parking. And they did just replace most of the decks/balconies. But, please, like the previous post says "SAVE YOURSELF" and don't EVER move here. We are in the largest of the two bedrooms and we are geting out of here! It is worth the extra money to rent a hosue than suffer here. Go away...now!
