I could not have had a worse experience. I made numerous service requests and waited months to get any results. Any repairs that were made usually broke within days. It took them 5 weeks...yes, 5 weeks...after I moved in to install shower heads and vent covers. They missed 2 quarterly maintenence checks on my apartment. How do I know this' They left the replacement air filters sit outside my door for 4 months. And I reminded them WEEKLY that they had not done this yet, and still no results. Management leader Pamela Sines seems to have no regard for the quality of life for her residents. The apartments are way too over-priced for the amazingly sub-standard living. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this place and counted down the days till I left. Then I received a statement saying they were going to replace my carpet and I owed them 600 dollars!'! There was nothing wrong with the carpet, these people are nothing but robbers, stealing your money every month. Please save yourself the hell that was my year at Cascades Overlook. Live somewhere else!
