Nobody in their right-mind would live here! The grounds are covered in trash and dog poop. They don't pick it up, they just mow it over and shred it, so there is more of it around. The Manager, Pamela Sines, will pretend to care, but will do nothing for you. Ever. And if you continue to ask for assistance, she will just stop answering the phone and ignore any letters you may send. The mgt only collects rents, they won't do anything else. You make a request for a repair, then wait WEEKS...yes...WEEKS. And then some "boy" shows up in his little golfcart with a drill in his hand and a puzzled look on his face. There are fire sirens, and oh God, the noise that comes out of the neighbors...all around...the walls are PAPER-thin...the maintenance "boys" play on their golf cart all day and don't do any real work. The ONLY apartment that is in good working order is the model they will show you. The trash compactors are always broken and bags of trash rot for DAYS! We are outa here! PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF! Don't Move Here!

Yes i totally agree, Pamela is an idoit plain and simple! She worries more about flipping her hair than helping you. Shes a flake. And maintenance are always out in their golf carts not actually doing anything, except making a mess in my apt when they show up.
