You never really know who is posting on this site. Could be management, could be a competing property... I can tell you that while there are some issues here at times, it's a beautiful property and a great place to live. It's quiet, clean with ample parking (most of the time) and when you consider some of the other places out there and what they are charging, this place is heavan! My only problem with the property is the garbage near the dumpster and the garbages near the dog walking areas. But the dumpster problem is because people here don't know how to use the compactor so it builds up and they don't pick up trash enough. Plus picking up the garbages in the dog walking areas have gotten a lot better and management has been super responsive to maintenece issues.

No place is perfect. This is as close as I've seen though.
