When we moved in everything was fine, I made a note on our move in check list of every little thing I found even messed up blinds so that they could not blame me for it. Never have fixed a single one of those issues I wrote which were minor but still. The shower knob came off within a week of moving in, had that replaced by my father-in-law since he's been doing maintenance well over 30 years. Within a few days that came off again, so its their cheap showers. Called in the summer when it was about 100 outside about our air, it was blowing but not cooling at at...one of their idiot maintenance men showed up said there was nothing wrong, although I had went over across the hall and asked my neighbor if her air was like this, it wasn't I felt the coolness when she opened the door. When maintenance came I had family over and they all agreed it was hot in the apartment, then on his way out one of my guests said thanks for nothing, the man actually wanted to start an arguement and fight until I slammed the door in his face. So again my father-in-law fixed the air. They even put up an ad wanting a new maintenance man, so my father-in-law applied...didn't even bother calling him for an interview even though he was more qualified than any of their rejects. Then the fridge was leaking water on the floor...my mother-in-law actually slipped and fell and they didn't care. Same time I called maintenance they came took all my food out and "fixed" it. Within a week it started again, so I called again, they came did the exact same thing but this time it was the manager of maintenance and he turned off my fridge and said he would be back in 30 minutes to an hour to see if it would help it, 4 hours later when he still wasn't back I called and talked to the office and another hour went by finally they came back, had the nerve to put thawed meat, milk, and other stuff that should have been frozen back into the fridge to refreeze...I called and complained about that, they said go buy everything and bring us a receipt, that was in November 07 its Feb 08 and still haven't gotten my money back. They do nothing when it snows, sidewalks are left untouched until its over then they start to treat them...I've almost fell a bunch of times with this incompetence and I half wish I did so I could sue them and really wish I could shut them down! The office staff when they answer are no help whatsoever and the manager when you try to speak to her all she does is bat her eyes and flip her hair...I'm not interested in dating her just getting my issues addressed so I don't know why she feels the need to make herself look like shes above you. Garbage compactors never work, never!!! And there are only 2 on the same side of the complex, so the people on the other side have to either walk it, or put it in your car to take your trash out. I do not want my car smelling of trash. They need to add another one to the other side instead of the stupid fake putting thing out back. Parking was never an issue until a couple of months ago...our lot right out front is filled by 7-8pm...people have way too many cars and dont have the decency to park just 1 or 2 up front, even people that dont live here are leaving cars that dont run here...any time you make a maintenance call you get a letter about something you are doing wrong to make up for them having to work a little. The fireplaces arent worth paying the extra it barely has a flame and is way too complicated to operate. The blinds suck, they break so easily its ridiculous. They never inform you of their plans to do construction, and it starts at 6am. I had a man on my patio fixing my patio but didnt know it and walked by and scared me to death, nor did i know what he was doing or why. Still dont. One bedrooms have absolutely no storage, you get your bedroom closet, a towel closet in the bathroom and a pantry/coat closet in the kitchen...no storage. This place needs to value their residents not treat them like they are scum...PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!THE ONLY TIME YOU WILL LIKE IT IS IF YOU GET AN APARTMENT W/NO PROBLEMS AND NEVER HAVE TO DEAL W/THE OFFICE OR MAINTENANCE! AND I REALLY DONT WANT TO GIVE THEM EVEN A 1 AS A RATING....THEY AREN'T EVEN WORTH THAT! bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I am a resident here too. We might be neighbors. Are you the one who litters the ground with your cigarette butts and make party noises? Did you know there is a storage unit you can rent? Try other apartments and they tow your car and you need a parking sticker or permit for your visitors. Obviously, you have a lot personnal issues with everyone. Good Luck!

Highly doubt it. We are not home enough to have parties or make party noises when its just the two of us. And no I don't smoke so its doubtful I would be littering the ground with cigarette butts. Did you know that I shouldn't have to rent a storage unit most apartments even ones half the price I'm paying have more storage than this place? I guess not. Obviously, you should mind your own business and not assume since you were highly wrong about me being your neighbor. I don't have any personal issues with anyone, just when I pay the amount I'm paying for a one bedroom you'd think that all the problems I've had wouldn't be. But oh well you probably are a lucky one who hasn't had the maintenance issues or manager issues when I have made a request. Good luck and I hope you stay renting here and pay the ridiculous amounts they are asking while I move onto my new place. So Good luck goes to you.

I say good for you! It sounds like you had a lot of problems. I have had a few but considered them minor until I read your post. I too am moving in a little bit due to the way things have been handled over the last few months. I wish I could know where to find something better and cheaper, are willing to share your secret? I think all your complaints are justifiable and you should not be ridiculed for giving your opinion. If the apartment complex cared about getting good reviews they would try harder to fix problems.
