think twice about moving here

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
Parking has become a nightmare. There are multiple apartments that are parking 4-5 cars in the building where I live so I often have to park several buildings away. Reserved parking has been asked for but management only say they will look into it. There are currently three commerical vehicles parking at my building. One car has no muffler and has to rev the engine to get it to stay running at 6:30 every morning. There are several units that are taking in 2-4 people for several months at a time - the unit beneath me is on their third set of "renters" during the last year. This obviously adds to the parking and noise situations. Again management responds that they will look into it and again nothing is done. Some residents talk loudly in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night. Maintenance is an issue - the staff is constantly changing and it can take several requests to get the repair done correctly. The appliances are showing their age - I was told that my dishwasher wouldn't be replaced because it was only leaking a little, it is still leaking after maintenance "repaired" it twice. It is a shame the way the complex has gone down hill in the past couple of years.
