I lived on Ridgehaven Terrace for a year. The week after I moved in I was in the ER for severe asthma, and consequently for the year following I made 2 more visits to the ER and was sick every month with bronchial infections. Come to find out my apartment was INFESTED with mold, which I am extremely allergic to. I endured several floods: two from my hot water heater (which I was told was fine),one from the neighbor's toilet pipe cracking, and the constant leaking from the upstair's bathroom through my fan in my bathroom. Each time I had to fight to get my vinyl flooring replaced, which molded underneath. I constantly fought with management about a leak in my bathroom, which they neglected to actually investigate. It was coming through the walls, and molding the vinyl flooring. They said it was from me getting out of the shower (LOL), despite my rug that was on the floor. My hot water heater never produced enough hot water and in the winter I was told to choose between hot water or heat. After battling with Pamela and the poor management, including the Regional Manager Lee Seigel, I finally received a new hot water heater. The very same night, I had no hot water or heat. I called the emergency line and was told to go to a hotel! In fact, my father called from a different number and not only did they hang up on him, the told him the second time he called that there was nothing they could do. It was below freezing that night!
I finally contacted Cynthia Clare, the PRESIDENT of the community, via email in distress and with no heat or hot water, worried about my health from the mold and listed EVERY single obstacle I endured to date living in that apartment (far too many to list). The next day she "informed" me via email that she's spoken with Pamela and Lee, and was told everything was resolved! I never heard back from her.
I had an infestation of house centipedes and I had to fight to get my apartment sprayed. You can hear every noise through the walls, the maintenance crew is a joke, the parking is a nightmare, and the staff is rude and quality of the apartments is below anyone's standard.
They make a bunch of promises they never intend to keep. I was promised a new apartment but they wanted to jack up my rent almost $300 because it was just renovated. This community is a joke and so is the management. Don't waste your time or money living here. I have ALL emails and documentation to support everything I've written.

I totally agree. Management especially Pamela is a TOTAL joke. They couldn't manage a crew of monkeys let alone an entire community. I lived there from 07-08 and hated coming home to that dump. My entire apartment was "remodeled" but still sucked. And the nice paint, cleanliness when I moved in, come to find out its the law, they have to paint after someone moves out! I feel like a fool for even living there as long as I did. Oh and the idiots they call maintenance I wouldnt trust putting together a toy truck. The made more messes than they fixed. In fact I'm still waiting on a refund from them, for MY inconvienience when THEIR maintenance screwed up.
Don't waste your time or money living in the dump.
