We lived in a one bedroom apartment on Wallingford Square for 9 months and found it to be a great place to live. The office staff were always helpful and friendly, especially Patricia! We had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were fixed the same day and when we left we received a full refund of our deposit. The apartment was clean and quiet and we were on the first floor. Parking was NEVER an issue and the waste valet service was an excellent perk that we appreciated very much. The gym and pool area was always clean and quiet and there weren't alot of kids which was an added benefit! The complex was always clean and the landscaping was very nice--especially the gorgeous flowers in the summer!

One suggestion I would make is for the office to offer wireless connection. We could not get wireless in our apt and our cell phone service did not work inside the apartment. Must have been true for others as well as you would see people standing in the parking lot using their cell phones. A minor inconvenience but it would have been nice to go to the office for wireless rather than to the library.

Our only complaint would be concerning the gas water heater/furnace. No matter what we did, we would have a minimum $45 monthly gas bill. The apartment was vacant for 6 weeks (all of May and half of June) while we were gone on vacation and we still had a $45 gas bill! I can't explain that and neither could the office staff. Big issue in the winter when you need to use the heater!
