My biggest beef with this complex is their towing policy. My opinion is that somebody in the office gets kickbacks for every car towed out of the lot because it happened non-stop. My car was once towed out of the lot because the pass expired at midnight and the car was towed at ONE A.M.! Coming out of your apartment, you can only hope your car is still there. Often you come out in the morning and see your neighbors irate because it happened to them. The management once suggested if you can't get a parking pass for a friend, they park at the elementary school across the street. Very helpful information.
