I moved here because it was the cheapest option in the immediate area. Sure, one has to have patience and occasionally remind management about maintenance requests, but it's worth it for saving money.

It's actually been really pleasant to live here. I'm sorry to have to leave (I'm moving away). The maintenance guys are friendly. There have been lots of changes in office personnel, and they tell us the place is being sold 9/30, so who knows what it'll be like in a month - but the current manager has been great.

Also, when I complained that my dryer and refrigerator weren't working right, they gave me a brand new fridge and washer/dryer. The stove was new when I moved in, so the appliances are half new now!

Unlike previous reviewers, I've never been towed. I've never let a permit expire.
