This apartment complex is less expensive than most in the area, but it's not worth enduring the poor management, dirty public areas and low class neighbors. Be aware that this apartment complex includes section 8 (low-income) housing -- and it shows. Neglected dogs bark on balconies for hours. Broken glass remains on the sidewalks unnoticed by management and cleaning staff. Outdoor lighting remains dark for months. The management fails to provide recycling facilities in violation of county code 1086, which was passed way back in 1/03. I provided a long list of repairs that my apartment needed in September. Nothing has been repaired.
I'm stuck here until the end of my lease, but please save yourself! Live somewhere else.
