Potomac Overlook - BIG IMPROVEMENT

Since the new Ownership took over the end of September 2003, things have drastically changed for the better.
The office staff goes out of their way for just about everything. I seen the leasing consultant leaving one day well after 7:00pm, she saw an older resident struggling with her groceries, the consultant placed her things in her car and helped the resident carry in her bags!
I must admit that the trash in the hallways was a big problem, over the past two months it has improved greatly. The cleaning lady they now have is a worker!!
With the change in ownership and management, I would certainly recommend this community, it is the most affordable in the area and is NOW the best kept community.
