Stay away from this apartment complex. They just want MONEY!!! They don't care about their tenants. They will abuse and use you. Their maintenance is the worst. The only good thing about them is that they give you a receipt when they are finished with the repairs. They leasing management only wants money. It takes 2 months rent to break the lease. 2 MONTHS RENT!!! And watch out, they will find a way to cheat you. The apartment complex is dirty, they have roaches, the appliances are old. It's the worst place in Sterling, VA. There only 2 good things about this place:
1. assigned parking
2. hot water
WARNING: stay away or you will lose your money.
