noisy at all times (especially at night with sireneswailing through the noght)

smelly (from the building's door to your front door...it stinks)

all appliances must be renewed (if not broken, too old to funstion properly)

Management: totally uncompetent (full of yes we understand, yes something will be done but you can wait till after you're burried for any conclusive action)

towing: mandatory for all new renters to have their cars towed as a welcome gesture in the community.

BE smart, dont rent here.
