The management is very nice, understanding and does its very best.
The neighborhs are not your average socialite but they are honest people trying to enjoy their american dream.
My only complaint is the new scam or the "gas maintenance" fee we are charged monthly which is done in totally arbitrary fashion and penalises those who do not even use hot water that much.
My gas reading has not changed in the past 2 months and yet I was billed around $25 consecutively ... besides that scam, i am content with the place. could find better but would have to pay a lot more. I feel safe and that is the most important.
