I have been a resident of Potomac View going on a year and a half and i must say that i am pleased with my choice to move here. my apartment fits my needs and it is very comfortable enviroment. There is a wide variety of ethinicities that live there and the mix of different cultures shows how well rounded and open these apartments are. Unlike some places i looked at before moving there was only one or two types of races there which made me feel as if it was only for a certain type of people. But not Potomac View. The apartment is located in the central area of Sterling, VA and is in close proximity to the Dulles Town Center Mall, the Leesburg Outlets and dozens of stores and shops. One of the major pluses of the residence is the ASSISTANT property manager, not the Actual Propery Manager. She extremely helpful, caring and considerate of everyone and their concerns and opinions. The other tenants who have posted negatively against her are those she had to reprimand for doing things that are against the lease policy (i.e leaving trash outside, smoking in the building, loitering outside the steps of buildings and playing loud music loud at night). To me she should be the Actual Property Mananger because she is more involved with the tenants and helping to make Potomac View, the best apartment possible.
