i have lived here 5 years. the apartments are larger than any in the market. yes there is a little noise but every other has noise. maintenance is very friendly, competant, and responsive; you need to call it in asap. parking is assigned. management are friendly and very responsive. keep it clean and no problems with pests. there is routine pest management. grounds are clean and mantained. balcony/patio contests are conducted quarterly.
